I'm not really used to this sort of thing, but its worth a shot.

This is kinda weird for me. My friends have been badgering me to trying a dating site for ever, and I guess I'm really sick of being forever in the friend-zone. I'm into anime, Joss Wheddon, and fantasy and scifi novels. My cooking is pretty good, and I own Red Velvet Cake, mine destroys all other cake in its path. I like wearing skirts and plaid, which my best friend tells me is a dumb combination. Typically, I like curvy girls, but body type is not really that big of a thing to me. It would be nice to talk to some who is into anime and web comics, and nerdy stuff like that, with out them banishing me forever to the inescapable zone-of-only-friendship. Standing an actual chance for once would be awesome. A girl who likes sitting around to watch movies and play video games and hangout is what I'm really looking for. If you like Portal and Fallout, we'll probably get along just fine.
