I'm a consultant and Ruby/JavaScript developer at a local startup in the Omaha metro area. I spend my little free time hacking away at a couple open source projects, listening to Bastille, dabbling in higher-level mathematics, debating philosophy, playing the piano, and watching Futurama. I come from a semi-conservative religious background, but have recently blossomed into an atheist and libertarian (borderline anarcho-capitalist). Voluntarism is a principle I try to apply to all areas of my life. I'm mainly looking for someone who not only shares my political and (lack-of) religious beliefs but enjoys actively thinking and talking about them. It's okay if we don't agree on everything (in some ways, I think that would be preferable), but there is nothing more unattractive than apathy.
